Exciting events at Cornwall Film Festival

Come and see us in Falmouth from 16 - 19 November

Cornwall Film is supporting some great events at the Cornwall Film Festival, taking place at the Princess Pavilions, National Maritime Museum Cornwall, and University College Falmouth.

Come and visit our stand in the Pavilions, book in for one to ones with industry professionals from the BBC, Film Four, the UK Film Council, Fourdocs and many more. Or come and meet us at one of the following events in the NMMC Education Room:

At Show Me the Money at 2pm on Saturday 18 November, a panel featuring all of the UK's major film financiers will explain what they are looking for and how to make the most of their money when you get it.

Top screenwriters Lesley Stewart and Dan Sefton will talk about the joys and terrors of writing for television at 10.30am on Saturday 18 November.

Director Ed Blum, Tomas Rawling of plugincinema.com, Mary Davies and Pete Buckingham from the UK Film Council will be sharing the latest thinking on marketing and distributing low budget features, on the web and elsewhere at 2.30 on Sunday 19 November.

You can meet other local film-makers and media practitioners on Sunday 19 November from 4-5pm when Cornwall Media Focus is offering Coffee and Crib (that's hot drinks and cakes!).
